Boarding Supervisor


Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate individual to join our team as a Boarding Supervisor. As a key member of our boarding community, you will provide care and supervision to female boarders between the ages of 12 and 18.

You will work closely with the boarding team to create a supportive and inclusive environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our students.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with students and staff, and possess a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and contribute to the success of our school community.


Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience working with children and young people in a residential or educational setting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships with students and staff

  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
