About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Business Partner to join our dynamic team and support our various business units. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with stakeholders from across the business to strengthen our compliance processes, navigate our way through business decision making and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise and support business units on competition law, risk, and compliance matters, ensuring ongoing regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders such as Legal and Risk to enhance compliance processes and implement process improvements.
  • Provide guidance on the Food & Grocery Code of Conduct, biosecurity, product safety, labelling, and trade measurement regulations.
  • Assess emerging areas of regulatory risk and support the business unit in readiness for legislative changes.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
