We are seeking a skilled professional to deliver quality training and assessment in various vocational programs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leadership, management, and information technology courses.

  • Delivery of theory and simulated practical lessons.
  • Marks student assessments in a timely manner.
  • Maintains compliant student files.
  • Provides regular reports on student progress.

Requirements:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification and experience.
  • Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education.
  • Minimum 2 years industry experience in the field.
  • Solid interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

The role includes:

  • Delivering training via face-to-face classroom sessions and sometimes remotely (i.e virtual classrooms).
  • Assessing students via practical assessments and online assessments.
  • Undertaking regular VET and industry professional development to maintain currency.
