Job Overview

The Asset Management Coordinator role is a critical position that involves overseeing the management of assets to ensure optimal use and maintenance. This includes administering asset management plans, implementing life-cycle management of assets, and leading the development of quality control systems.

This role requires strong analytical skills, as you will be responsible for analysing data extracted from various systems, creating reports, and making recommendations. You will also work closely with stakeholders to build lasting relationships and influence decision-making.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement asset management plans to ensure optimal use and maintenance of assets
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to senior management
  • Lead the development and implementation of quality control systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of asset performance and condition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years experience in asset management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
