Job Description

As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and solve complex challenges in the defence and national security sector. You will be responsible for leading digital engineering strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the adoption of sovereign cloud technologies.

This role will be pivotal in shaping our strategic initiatives and leveraging cutting-edge digital engineering solutions to enhance national security capabilities. You will work closely with a high-performing team of digital engineers and consultants, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of digital engineering strategies for defence and national security clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the defence and national security sectors.
  • Drive the adoption of sovereign, classified cloud technologies within defence and national security projects.
  • Grow, mentor and develop a high-performing team of digital engineers and consultants.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in technology strategy, architecture, with a strong focus on defence and national security.
  • Proven track record of leading teams, building organisational capabilities, sales, and managing large-scale projects in a consulting environment.
  • Deep understanding of digital engineering principles, cloud architectures, and technologies relevant to defence and national security.
