About Our Client

Our client is a well-respected manufacturer of high-quality, durable machines and handling solutions, serving a variety of industries worldwide. The company is committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving regional profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Promote Parts Sales Growth & Relationship Management: Drive aftermarket sales, maintenance contracts, and market share growth through deep analysis and strategic planning. Collaborate with dealers, marketing, and pricing teams to optimise sales strategies, develop targeted campaigns, and ensure competitive pricing, with a focus on achieving regional AOP goals and profitability.
  2. Strengthen 3PL & Dealer Support: Work closely with dealers, the Regional PDC, and local 3PLs to enhance parts sales and customer support. Improve distribution network efficiency, meet service level agreements (SLA), and ensure timely, customer-centric delivery.
  3. Ensure Customer Success & Satisfaction: Build strong relationships and identify opportunities to improve service workflows. Focus on achieving high customer satisfaction, increased market share, and strong retention rates, while hitting profitability targets and service level agreements.
  4. Execute Customer Care & Customer Centricity: Monitor customer health through regular scorecards and feedback, advocating for customer needs while relaying insights to improve service and satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams and dealers to implement actions that enhance customer experience and foster long-term loyalty.
The Successful Candidate

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a background in aftermarket sales, customer service, or relationship management in the industrial or equipment sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to manage complex dealer and customer relationships, and have a strong understanding of service management, 3PL distribution networks, and customer needs.
