As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless store administration, exceptional customer service, and efficient stock management.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through friendly and professional interactions.
- Coordinate repairs, returns, and credits with suppliers to maintain a smooth operational flow.
- Manage Click & Collect processes with precision to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date stock levels to prevent discrepancies and ensure effective inventory control.
- Implement price changes, compliance tasks, and safety audits to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Collaborate closely with store leadership, suppliers, and the support office to drive business success.
- Investigate and report stock discrepancies to ensure prompt resolution.

You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
