Store Operations Coordinator

Become a key player in the success of our stores, supporting back-of-house operations and ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Job Description

As a Store Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively managing store operations, including inventory control, stock receiving, and quality assurance. You will work closely with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and support the after-sales process.

  • Manage inventory levels, receive and handle stock orders, and ensure accuracy of products received
  • Support the sales team with retrieving stock in a timely manner, including Omnichannel and stock pullback
  • Maintain a tidy and organized back-of-house area, compliant with retail operations and standards
  • Conduct quality control on all products and report any issues to the store lead
  • Support the aftersales process, including alterations, repairs, and personalization
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Intermediate computer skills in core Microsoft software
  • Previous experience with SAP is desirable
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
