The role of a Contract Administrator involves end-to-end administration of contracts, ensuring procurement compliance and risk management in accordance with government policies and frameworks.

About The Role:

  • We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team within the Public Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and administer contracts in accordance with government policies and procedures
  • Coordinate procurement activities
  • Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and reporting systems
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure contract milestones are achieved
  • Provide advice and support to internal stakeholders on contract and procurement matters

Skill Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in contract or procurement administration, preferably within a government or infrastructure-related environment
  • Understanding of the WA public sector procurement framework and relevant legislation (e.g., State Supply Commission policies)
  • Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritize competing demands
