About The Role

The Smith Family seeks a highly skilled and dedicated individual to coordinate and oversee the effective delivery of various tasks. As a Program and Scholarship Administration Specialist, you will work closely with a team of passionate and dedicated team members to ensure the successful execution of programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the delivery of tasks supported by The Smith Family's volunteers, including in-office and virtual volunteers.
  • Participate in special projects and working groups to ensure effective delivery of programs.
  • Conduct recruitment, induction, training, and supervision of volunteers to complete tasks within agreed timeframes and to determined quality standards.
  • Conduct specialist activity to support the overall management of virtual volunteering and operational tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess highly developed organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to engage with, support, and manage the contribution of virtual volunteers from diverse backgrounds.
