Product Manager role is a key part of our success. We're seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and execution of our product strategy.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing customer and market requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.

The successful candidate will have experience in building SaaS B2B products within medium to large technology businesses, exposure to delivering products using AI and ML, and a strong understanding of software development methodologies.

You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to align business objectives and drive product innovation. Your skills in project management, problem-solving, and communication will be essential in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contribute to overall business planning activities and develop strategic plans to meet business objectives.
  • Define and maintain product vision and roadmap aligned with company goals.
  • Maintain and prioritize product delivery backlog and ensure timely delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with product initiatives.
  • Align KPIs with overarching business goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in building SaaS B2B products within medium to large technology businesses.
  • Exposure to delivering products using AI and ML.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and Agile practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
