Job Description

We provide a one-of-a-kind, industry-leading suite of services and solutions for smarter cities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and deploy our hardware and software solutions onsite and remotely
  • Liaise between clients, developers, and vendors for smooth technical delivery
  • Support system configuration, integration, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Provide hypercare support and resolve implementation-related issues
  • Deliver client training and share knowledge internally

You'll Bring:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in software implementation, technical support, or solution delivery
  • Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and cross-functional teams
  • A proactive mindset with excellent organisational and documentation skills
  • A basic understanding of SQL and system configuration (or a willingness to learn)
  • Experience working in SaaS or application support environments is an advantage
  • A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
