Job Title: PMO Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled PMO Lead to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a PMO Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality PMO services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and operate the PMO for a project, program, or portfolio.
  • Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities.
  • Develop and implement robust processes, managing the overall governance and controls.
  • Refine existing PMO practices in line with changing requirements and establish best practices and frameworks.
  • Liaise with Sponsors, Steering Committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the client's organisation.
  • Lead/coach/mentor PMO team members.
Requirements:
  • Self-starter with proven ability to set up and run project, program &/or portfolio PMOs.
  • Minimum 7 years experience in implementing improvements in the value delivered by the PMO.
  • Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for technology projects & programs.
  • Proven abilities in the establishment and management of governance and controls for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence.
  • Experience in EPMO as well as project-level PMO is desirable.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
  • High energy levels to ensure successful project delivery or turnaround success.
  • Tenacity and resilience, remain calm under pressure situations.
