About the Role

This position requires a skilled Maintenance Fitter who can lead the planning, development, and implementation of Planned Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement setting.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure process stability and drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with line leaders to deliver Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability & Morale targets.
  • Developing and owning technology and process centerline settings for equipment and process.
  • Implementing Progressive Maintenance systems and processes, as well as associated Key Performance Indicators.
  • Maintaining dedicated equipment at basic conditions independently.

This role requires advanced knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance Step 4 systems & Progressive Maintenance Step 3. If you have the skills and experience to excel in this challenging and rewarding position, we encourage you to apply.
