Trade Qualified Painter

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Trade Qualified Painter to join our operations team in Shepparton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the completion of works for multiple concurrent projects safely, on time, and to contract specification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Develop day-to-day operational plans to effectively manage resources and labour.
  • Monitor job progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Evaluate project costs, assess methodologies, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain high levels of safety compliance, ensure adherence to WHS standards, and promote a safe working environment.

In addition to technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who can provide excellent written and verbal communication, negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers, and deliver exceptional client satisfaction.
