Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full end-to-end recruitment process from business development, job and candidate management to successful placements.
  • Undertake creative and innovative search techniques to source high-calibre candidates.
  • Conduct candidate attraction campaigns, interviews and reference checks.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with a service-first mindset.
  • Leverage market insights to identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance across all activities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in white-collar recruitment (civil or HSE preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Willingness to learn and understand the technical disciplines and speak the language of your market.
  • Confidence to work autonomously while contributing to a disciplined, results-driven team.

About the Role
This is an opportunity to own a 360-recruitment desk in either Civil Construction or Health & Safety (HSE). You will collaborate with experienced consultants to drive outcomes-not just fill roles.
