Lead Clinical Trial Operations

You will be responsible for managing clinical trial operations for your therapy area team, ensuring timely deliverables and high-quality performance.

  • Develop local clinical trial strategies and risk management plans.
  • Drive talent development and performance management within the team.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Key Qualifications
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and communication.
  • Proficiency in both oral and written English.
  • A degree or higher qualifications in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in clinical trial management and people management.
