Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging participants in active support activities such as emotional behaviour, education, cooking, and domestic duties;
  • Planning and executing activities for participants;
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders;
  • Adapting service delivery and support to meet participant needs and preferences;
  • Encouraging clients to make choices and decisions about all aspects of their life;
  • Working collaboratively with others to ensure a consistent approach to service delivery;
