Job Title: Services Assistant

Job Summary:

The Services Assistant will be responsible for providing a timely, efficient, and effective service, including catering and cleaning of the health unit. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, serve, and deliver food to clients
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with catering and cleaning tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a healthcare environment, preferably in a kitchen or cleaning role
  • Food handling certificates an advantage
  • High level of empathy and compassion, with a person-centred approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work rotating roster, including weekends
