**Required Skills & Qualifications**

Key responsibilities will vary from day to day, depending on the job requirements. Essential skills include working at heights certification, white card and painting experience.

To succeed in this role you need to have a flexible attitude, be clean, tidy, well presented and possess excellent communication skills as the position is client facing.

**Job Responsibilities**

General Building Maintenance Work includes assisting our technicians with:

- Painting, patching
- Office and Building Maintenance
- Roof and gutter works from repairs to new installations
- Rubbish & Furniture Removal

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.48 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
