Expert ServiceNow Developer

This role is for an experienced developer who has the ability to provide technical expertise in ServiceNow consulting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing technical expertise and delivery of ServiceNow based consulting initiatives.
  • Communicating technical problems and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to convey complex technical concepts in understandable business terms.
  • Participating in business stakeholder workshops and showcases.

The qualifications and experience required for this role include:

  • ServiceNow Certified Administration.
  • ServiceNow CIS ITSM.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.

The skills and expertise required for this role include:

  • Custom application development in ServiceNow, portal development, and knowledge of best practice OOTB ServiceNow ITSM and/or other relevant ServiceNow application configuration (CIS ITOM).
  • Experience in providing creative solutions to business problems and working with ServiceNow, IT service management (ITIL) processes including asset management, metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Team collaboration and communication skills.
  • Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to mentor/lead junior team members.
