Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to work closely with our partners throughout their sales cycles and across their sales organizations. The ideal candidate will facilitate solutions and opportunities, help build long-term digital transformation platforms, and increase market share and attach rate.
Key Responsibilities:- Building strategic relationships with partners
- Negotiating contracts
- Working closely with marketing, sales engineering, and product management
The ideal candidate has extensive experience in alliance or indirect sales management roles, with expertise in cloud technologies such as OpenStack, virtualization, containers, and other cloud-based solutions. They should be autonomous, disciplined, and able to capture customer requirements, evaluate gaps, identify and create opportunities.
Passion for Ubuntu products and mission is essential. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
About the Role:This role entails building strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts, and working closely with internal teams to deliver on targets and objectives.
Our platform, Ubuntu, is widely used in breakthrough initiatives such as public cloud, data science, AI, engineering innovation, and IoT.
