Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our commercial property portfolio in Bendigo, Victoria. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and maintaining a portfolio of commercial properties
  • Handling lease administration, including expiries, renewals and rent reviews
  • Conducting routine property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
