Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage our commercial property portfolio. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are maintained in excellent condition and that our clients' interests are protected.

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned property manager to join our team and take on a challenging role. You will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial parks.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage lease administration, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews;
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards;
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments;
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed;
  • Communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a strong track record of experience in commercial property management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You should also have a high level of organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
