Repair Coordinator Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Repair Coordinator to join our team at ASR Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the successful completion of insurance repair claims.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate repairs to our panel of subcontractors
- Manage job delivery within time and budgetary constraints
- Manage the tendering process to obtain the most cost-effective and appropriate solution
- Manage a portfolio of claims
- Stakeholder management and communication
- Oversee the process of appropriate invoicing and retention of claims for complex and high-risk work
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have 2-3 years of experience working in an administration or scheduling role within the building, construction, or maintenance industries. You will be self-driven, able to work autonomously and within a team, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
