Fashion Digital Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our online content team as a Junior Ecommerce Assistant. This role will play an integral support function in the operations and functions of the team, ensuring seamless execution of product-related tasks.
The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of the fashion market and be keen on starting their career in the digital space. They will possess exceptional attention to detail, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have strong problem-solving skills.
In this role, you will support the ecommerce assistants with product enrichment and optimization, including writing SEO-friendly descriptions and titles, correcting category attribution, and selecting lead imagery. You will also ensure all products represented in EDMs and campaigns are available online before launch date, merchandise pages using available data, and maintain accurate records of product availability.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree or tertiary qualification in eCommerce, business, or marketing (desirable)
- Full Australian working rights
- Sydney-based
You must have a passion for the fashion industry and be willing to learn and grow with our team.
