We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Playmakers in Guest Experience, Retail and Food & Beverage at LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Melbourne. As a Playmaker, you will be the face of our attraction, responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute attraction rides, interactions, workshops, parties, and schools
- Provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Upsell products and services to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
- Proactive approach to customer service with a high-spirited attitude
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport across the business
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Currently holding or willing to obtain a VIC Working with Children's Check
