Thanks to our next phase of growth, we are now looking for a General Manager to join the team and provide insight into our overall operational direction.

**About You**
You might've worked for a founder and have had responsibility for the operations of multiple business departments. You've developed your commercial skillset as a General Manager and are passionate about seeing a business succeed. You're now on the lookout for that next role that allows you to showcase your skills and help a business thrive.
Thanks to your experience across different business units such as sales, service, and finance, you have developed an ability to pinpoint areas in the business where things can be improved. You pride yourself on your ability to align each of these areas and to implement changes to improve overall performance.
Another aspect of your role that you enjoy is empowering the team and leading them towards operational success. You're someone who invests time in the wider team to improve their skillset and therefore grow the business.
**About the Role**
Reporting to the Founder and Managing Director, you'll add significant value to the business through:
- Overseeing the operations of the finance, sales, service, and spare parts departments.
- Identifying areas in the business where there are opportunities for improvement, and successfully managing and executing these changes.
- Providing coaching and mentoring to department heads and the wider team, to lead them towards operational success.
- Establishing a cooperative and empowered team environment.
- Overall managing of the profit and loss of the business including identifying any issues or opportunities to enhance profitability.
- Managing sales of arcade machines.

- Experience as a General Manager managing multiple departments in a small to medium business.
