We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Architect Leader to lead our team in designing and implementing data warehousing and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data modeling, development, and analytics.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and implementation of data warehousing and business intelligence solutions.
- Develop and maintain data models and architectures.
- Mentor and guide team members in data modeling and development best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop data-driven solutions.
- Minimum 9 years of experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
- 3+ years of experience as a Technical Lead in data warehousing and business intelligence.
- 8+ years of experience as a DWH modeler, developer, or analyst.
- Proficiency in AWS Redshift, Netezza, and data modeling is a must.
- Experience leading a team of at least 5 members.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Skills in performance optimization and code review are essential.
- Reporting skills such as Cognos, Tableau, ThoughtSpot are a plus.
- Experience in detailed design work (HLD and LLD).
- Knowledge of Unix Shell Scripting is advantageous.
- Additional skills: Control M, Bitbucket/SourceTree, Jenkins.
- Experience in cost estimation for development and breaking down technical tasks.
- Exposure to DB Fit and ETL testing tools for test-driven development.
- Experience with DataStage and DB2 Flex is preferred.
