Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Specification Writer to join our team in Murarrie, Queensland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing door hardware schedules that align with client requirements, Australian Standards, and building codes.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in door hardware specification and a strong understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and local regulations. Experience with mechanical, electro-mechanical, and Electronic Access Control (EAC) systems is desirable.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the Architectural Door Hardware Industry
  • Industry Accredited ADHA Level 1 certification
  • A strong understanding of Australian Standards, NCC, and local regulations
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate client requirements into technical solutions
  • Strong customer service skills and an ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders
