In this role, you will work closely with the Monitoring Services Manager and General Manager to manage and oversee the delivery of monitoring and ancillary services, with responsibility for the day-to-day management of our monitoring centre database.","Key Responsibilities": "
  • Lead the development of a culture of exceptional service delivery and industry best practice through a customer service orientation and compliance with relevant Australian Standards.
  • Administer and manage process efficiency improvement of data processing and oversee quality of service delivery, while maintaining records.
  • Conduct Monitoring Assessments of personnel and assist with the delivery of training programs.
  • Ensure Stakeholder management through establishment and maintenance of a network of clients, possible clients and associated companies, with a focus on delivering client satisfaction.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as requested by the Monitoring Services Manager.

  • Cert III in Security or related field.
  • Broad understanding of Security Industry and strong foundation in Business principles.
  • Intermediate to proficient computer skills (Microsoft suite) and security system skills (CCTV/Access Control).
  • Knowledge of key software – Patriot.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and qualities, particularly a passion for service delivery and innovation.
