This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a respected name in food retail.

With three established stores across the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne and strong teams in place, you will oversee operations and help take things to the next level.

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing three stores across the inner-city suburbs of Melbourne
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, team leadership and staff training
  • Ensuring high standards across service, coffee and product quality
  • Balance in-store presence with admin and planning
  • Leading fortnightly operations and finance meetings

You'll be successful if you have:

  • A background in premium retail or food/hospitality retail
  • Experience managing multi-site teams and operations
  • A strong people leader who's hands-on and team-first
  • High attention to detail and quality
