Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Barista/Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our cafe, ensuring exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Engagement: Drive sales growth through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques, fostering strong relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Food Handling Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in food handling or preparation roles, with a strong understanding of food safety and handling practices.
