Job Title: Accommodation Services Director

Job Description

The primary role of this position is to oversee the daily operations of a hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences and effective team management.

This involves strategic planning, leading by example, and driving results through inspirational leadership. Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Managing hotel operations, encompassing Food and Beverage services, Conferencing and Room Operations, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
  • Leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the property.
  • Driving engagement and growth across various departments and teams.

To succeed in this role, you will require a proven track record of operational excellence, inspirational leadership skills, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. A passion for supporting career development and team building is essential.
