Job Title: Accommodation Services Director
Job DescriptionThe primary role of this position is to oversee the daily operations of a hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences and effective team management.
This involves strategic planning, leading by example, and driving results through inspirational leadership. Key areas of responsibility include:
- Managing hotel operations, encompassing Food and Beverage services, Conferencing and Room Operations, Housekeeping, and Engineering.
- Leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional performance and guest satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, both within and outside the property.
- Driving engagement and growth across various departments and teams.
