About the Job
A cinema operations manager is required to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Empower staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences, manage financials, including revenue streams, budgeting and forecasting.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction, oversee daily operations to achieve profitability and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with human resources, work health and safety (WHS) and risk management policies.

Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: 5 years of leadership experience in a similar industry.

- Technical Skills: Familiarity with audio visual equipment desirable.
