Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our service desk, overseeing the resolution of IT technical issues and managing team performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Foster a skilled team in resolving complex IT problems, encompassing desktop hardware and software.
  • Leverage IT Service Management tools to streamline workload, including incident ticket creation.
  • Participate in Major Incident Management to ensure continuous support and optimal business continuity.
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the service desk, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Maintain stringent Service Level Agreements.

Necessary Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in managed services provision, with expertise in service board management.
  • Possession of a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Holding a Permanent Residency or Citizenship status.

Desirable Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven track record of managing a service desk effectively.
