Job Description

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring precise project cost estimation and maintaining the financial viability and competitiveness of our clients' projects.


Responsibilities
  • Analyse project specifications and blueprints to comprehend project requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to gather essential information for accurate estimates.
  • Produce comprehensive cost estimates, encompassing materials, labour, equipment, and overhead costs.
  • Conduct meticulous research to obtain current pricing for materials and subcontractor services.
  • Leverage industry knowledge to identify potential cost-saving measures while upholding quality standards.
  • Effectively present and articulate estimates to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Estimator in fit-out and refurbishment construction.
  • In-depth understanding of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  • Exceptional analytical and mathematical skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation capabilities.

Location
