**Job Title:** Architectural Technician

This is a unique opportunity to develop and hone your architectural skillset in a dynamic firm, having a positive impact within the project team and to a larger extent the client and community.

The successful candidate will work across leisure, sporting, public and community projects predominantly. This role involves working within a team in a support position from concept through to construction documentation, with a focus on Revit modelling, documentation, detailing and coordination.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working closely to support the Project Director/Lead Architect
  • Some coordination work with external consultants and contractors
  • Production of working drawings, detailing and implementation of drawing packages

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong documentation and detailing skills
  • Working knowledge of the BCA and local authority regulations
  • Operating at a level of 3+ years of local professional experience and above
  • High level of communication skills both written and verbal
  • Team player willing to adapt to change and work well under pressure
