Job Title: Architectural Leader

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise architecture and be able to lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To work collaboratively with program representatives and technical teams to design solution approaches for delivery aligned with future state designs.
  • To develop operational understanding of existing IT infrastructure, program design standards, and program work packages.
  • To collaborate directly with relevant Chief Information Officer Division and leads to ensure enterprise architectures fit for purpose and meet business and user needs.
  • To define architectural standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • To design scalable, secure, and cost-effective IT solutions for complex business requirements.
  • To define and enforce IT governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • To identify risks associated with tech adoption or integration and develop mitigation strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in Agile project delivery framework and managing IT change within an Agile project or Program.
  • Experience in a similar role in a complex IT environment.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and engage senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Experience in ITIL processes and structures.
  • Proven ability to deliver Enterprise Architecture in a complex ICT environment and meet business requirements which align with organisational/environmental constraints.
