About the Role

Our workshop in Minchinbury, NSW is seeking an experienced Heavy Vehicle Diesel Technician/Mechanic to undertake service and maintenance requirements of all on-site customer fleet vehicles while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and maintain customer fleet vehicles
  • Work autonomously and provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and drivers
  • Document repairs including parts usage
  • Participate in the on-call roster with regular overtime

Demonstrated Skills & Experience:

  • Cert 3 Mechanical trade certificate/qualification with experience in Heavy Vehicle industry
  • Ability to work unsupervised with exceptional organisation skills
  • Good diagnostic ability with welding and fabrication experience beneficial
  • Current HC drivers licence desirable
  • High level of attention to detail and customer focus
  • Own tools
