Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial strategy and support business growth at our global healthcare leader in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present strategic financial insights to senior management, driving informed decision-making across the business.
- Design and implement forecasts and budgets to analyze company performance and address key financial challenges.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans for new initiatives, providing profitability analysis and cost projections.
- Analyze investments, profits, expenses, costing, interest rates, and exchange rates to inform business decisions.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency through financial modeling and business partnering.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to drive sales and business growth.
About You:
- CA or CPA qualification with commercial industry experience.
- Pharma/healthcare/FMCG experience is desirable but not essential.
- Passionate about business partnering and driving financial growth.
- Exceptional communication skills, able to articulate complex data to senior executives.
- Extensive analytical experience, with expertise in report running and problem-solving.
- Experience developing forecasts and budgets.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization software.
