We are seeking a technical professional to lead civil engineering design services across various projects and infrastructure types.

As a key member of the team, you will provide expert guidance and leadership to deliver high-quality design solutions.

  • Manage and deliver design services for traditional transport infrastructure projects, renewable systems technology sector, and other infrastructure types.
  • Conduct reviews to identify efficient and cost-effective design and construction solutions.
  • Develop and recommend design methods, specifications, and performance requirements for tenders and projects.
  • Oversee project tasks, including client engagement, resource allocation, and knowledge sharing.

About You

To be successful, you will require:

  • A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Professional registration and state licenses (or equivalent) are desirable but can be acquired within 12-24 months.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in engineering consulting or construction industry.
  • Experience in multi-discipline engineering design and construction delivery.
  • Excellent skills in civil engineering discipline, specifically in relation to civil infrastructure design, road geometric design, rail geometric design, construction staging, and temporary traffic management.
  • Proficient in industry-standard terrain modeling and civil engineering software.
