Commercial Property Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Centre Administration Manager to join our team at Pacific Fair. As a key member of the centre management team, you will be responsible for managing all administrative functions, providing support across multiple disciplines.
About the role
- Manage the Centre Management office – reception, front of house duties, greeting visitors, answering phones, ordering stationery, maintaining kitchen amenities, managing meeting rooms and in/out going mail.
- Raise invoices, receipts and purchase orders as required and enter details into finance systems for processing.
- Prepare calculations for various income streams, including turnover rent, extended trade, mailbox income, hoarding fees, de-fits, interest, surrender income etc. as per management request.
- Prepare centre communications for distribution to tenants and other stakeholders as requested. This includes issuing and filing letters of demand and breach notices.
- Process lease assignments, including issuing the assignment pack and associated correspondence, ensuring required forms are obtained prior to or at settlement of the business.
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in an administration role within a commercial environment, combined with well-honed problem-solving skills and a high level of initiative.
- Excellent attention to detail, coupled with an ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, and build effective working relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills and strong skills across the MS Office suite, Adobe Acrobat, and exposure to other software such as SAP, CTI, and Salesforce would be an advantage.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
Location: Australia
This is an estimated salary range based on industry standards and location. The actual salary may vary depending on individual circumstances.
