About the RoleThis is a varied and dynamic role that requires a high level of organisation and multitasking skills. As a Stores and Distribution Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating dispatch and delivery, picking and packing orders, and maintaining process quality checks. You will work closely with external suppliers, clients, and administration to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Support the projects team in coordinating items for site project requirements
- Maintain an accurate pick, pack, and dispatch process
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication
- Maintain accurate and compliant delivery records and perform quality process checks
- A background in an industrial products environment would be an advantage
- Sound administrative and data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An organised and disciplined approach to multitasking
- A proactive attitude with a supporting nature
