- Team Management: Lead the team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Operations Management: Manage profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs to ensure the restaurant is running smoothly.
- Staff Development: Help your team thrive with regular check-ins, performance reviews, and development plans.
