Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for leading a team of 20-50 staff members, handling rostering, recruitment, stock, and compliance, growing your crew through regular check-ins and development plans, managing profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs, and championing your community through our Local Matters program.

You'll also be working closely with the Restaurant Manager to energise and guide a passionate team, focusing on quality, smashing targets, coaching & developing your team's skills across all stations, and staying on point with safety, quality, and daily ops.
