The successful National Corporate Account Manager will drive business growth and strengthen key relationships with private hospitals and corporate healthcare accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
- Develop strategic account plans collaboratively with regional managers to achieve sales objectives.
- Manage a high-value national portfolio of private hospitals, public health boards, and corporate healthcare accounts.
- Coordinate customer-centric sales initiatives across business units, marketing, and clinical engagement teams.
- Promote capital equipment and consumable offerings across CSSD, Infection Control, Endoscopy, and Technical departments.
- Built strong consultative relationships with key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Exceed sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Science, Healthcare or Business, or relevant industry experience.
- Proven track record in healthcare sales roles – preferably within CSSD, Endoscopy, Infection Control, or related fields.
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and solution-oriented approach.
- Professional and proactive stakeholder engagement approach.
