About the Role

The International Ecommerce Executive drives online sales and digital presence of MJ Bales international website.

Main Responsibilities

  • Enhance e-commerce strategies to boost international online sales and customer engagement.
  • Manage end-to-end international e-commerce operations including website maintenance product listings and inventory management.
  • Analyse international market trends and consumer behaviour to optimize online shopping experience and drive conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between e-commerce activities and other business functions.
  • Work with Head of Digital and Ecommerce on digital marketing initiatives and online advertising to support e-commerce objectives.
  • Monitor key performance indicators related to website traffic sales metrics and customer satisfaction to identify areas for improvement.
