Aquatic Services Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Aquatic Services Coordinator to lead and inspire our swim school team.

  • Implement and promote the GO Swim program in line with Belgravia Leisure standards
  • Drive processes and practices to ensure the success of the GO Swim program
  • Support delivery of business plan objectives and events calendar
  • Assist with incident and accident investigations as required
  • Achieve KPIs including financial performance, school participation, and retention
  • Maintain high NPS and mystery shop results in line with Belgravia Leisure standards
  • Manage budgets and prepare timely reports
About You

You should be passionate about swimming and the progression of students, with the ability to engage and inspire people of all ages, abilities, and cultural backgrounds. You will have excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset, naturally building strong relationships and fostering a positive, inclusive environment.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Swim School environment
  • Proven ability to lead and support a team
  • Strong alignment with our values: integrity, excellence, courage, openness, respect, leadership, and accountability
  • Confidence to step in and deliver swim classes when required
The Qualifications

You will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • National Police Check
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Working With Children Check (or equivalent)
  • Current Swim Certificate - Teaching of water swimming and water safety
  • Swim extension certificates (desirable but not essential)
