About The Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the discovery, design, and launch of new features and enhancements that empower businesses to accept payments more effectively.

Your key responsibilities will include defining and articulating a compelling product vision for our payments suite, prioritizing initiatives using customer insights and business goals, owning the development and communication of the product roadmap, engaging directly with merchants to deeply understand their challenges, and partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth delivery across the entire product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision for our payments suite. Prioritise initiatives using customer insights and usage data.
  • Own the development and communication of the product roadmap.
  • Engage directly with merchants to deeply understand their challenges and identify areas of opportunity for innovation.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth delivery across the entire product lifecycle.
What You Will Bring
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience leading cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle.
  • Able to translate business vision and customer needs into detailed roadmaps.
  • Strong proficiency in interpreting market trends and customer data to inform decision-making.
  • Demonstrated success influencing and aligning diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem.
